Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to the online store EY COLLECTION sf. Ey collection sf reserves the right to change the rules and terms without notice. All prices on the site are published subject to typographical errors.

Domestic orders

Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after order is received and payment is received. All orders are sent by Post, and shipping costs are added during the ordering process. If you shop for more than ISK 20,000, shipping is free. If a product is not in stock, we will refund if payment has been made, or offer another similar product.

Orders abroad

Delivery time is 2–4 days. Product is sent by post. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered product and on the country of destination. Estimated shipping costs can be found on the Post's website.

Foreign shipments may be subject to import charges or tax according to laws in force in the receiving country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

There is a 14-day right of return on the product against presentation of a sales invoice. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable. If a product is defective, the customer is offered a new product and we pay all costs incurred.

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be prosecuted before the District Court of Suðurland.

The Ey collection online store accepts all debit and credit cards.
